• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, the amount of time your order will take to arrive will vary depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are simply estimates and exclude holidays, weekends and unforeseen postal delays. • What currency are your prices in?

  Although we are based in Canada, we ship to fashion-lovers worldwide. All of the pricing on our site is in USD, as it is the most internationally used currency and a simple way for all our customers to place their orders.

• What are the shipping charges?

  $8 flat-rate shipping for orders shipped within Canada.
  $10 flat-rate shipping for orders shipped to the USA.
  $18 shipping or orders shipped internationally with a $2 charge for each additional item.

• How should I care for my baubles?

  Fashion jewelry isn't meant to be worn 24/7. To keep your pieces beautiful, avoid water, perfume, lotions, and perspiration, which can dull your pieces. Also, store jewelry in a dry place.

• What are Benevolent Baubles?

  Every month the Bauble Boutique gives back by featuring a bauble at a promotional price and donating 100% of sales proceeds from that piece to jewelry. Some causes we have contributed to are the SPCA, BC Children's Hospital, the UN Refugee Agency, and the Riverkids Project which works to fight child trafficking in Cambodia.

  We also donate pieces to be auctioned to raise money for charities, such as silent auctions for the efforts of Humanity First and Habitat for Humanity.
